Mulga Downs Test Re-Injection Trial
Greenlands was contracted to undertake an aquifer re-injection trial at the Mulga Downs mine site. The purpose of the trial was to determine the re-injection capacity of two re-injection bores.
The trial involved equipping a production bore with a pump system capable of delivering a flow rate of 80 L/s, installing an 8 km 280mm HDPE pipeline from the production bore to the two re-injection bores, and deploying two of Greenlands’ in-house designed aquifer re-injection systems.
