Moon Pit Dewatering
Greenlands Equipment was engaged by Northern Star Resources to provide a pumping solution to dewater the Moon pit to provide construction water to nearby mining operations. The project consisted of the below listed main items.
Project Services
- 1 x pontoon pump system to deliver 20L/s
- 1 x diesel generator to power the pumping infrastructure
- 1 x standpipe and pump system
- Installation and commissioning of the pumping infrastructure and telemetry system
- Installation of the associated HDPE pipework
- Lining of the turkeys to allow for the water to be used for construction activities
